Using BookMyGroomer

We aim to keep listings accurate and useful, but BookMyGroomer cannot guarantee that every profile, service detail, or availability update will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Pet Pro responsibility
Pet Pros are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including service details, contact information, coverage areas, prices, qualifications, and booking routes.
No direct service contract
BookMyGroomer acts as a directory and discovery platform. Any booking, agreement, or dispute between a pet owner and a Pet Pro is between those parties directly.
Content and platform use
We may edit, refuse, suspend, or remove listings or content where needed to protect the quality, safety, or integrity of the platform.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMyGroomer is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the site, listings, or services provided by third parties.
